Certain surfaces are polished to MT11010/SPI-A2/SPI-B2 standards, enhancing smoothness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance, facilitating the injection molding process. The cavity and core are made of 1*2/S136 mold steel, improving hardness and corrosion resistance, reducing maintenance costs, and ensuring continuous mass production. Additionally, the mold utilizes a hot runner system and includes one slide. It produces injection-molded parts made of PC material, with a net weight of 7.3g and dimensions of 43.75mm in length, 85.49mm in width, and 14.88mm in height.
